Beyond the classroom....

Educational visits offer an invaluable opportunity to enrich young peoples’ learning, raise their self-esteem, increase their motivation and appetite for learning, and improve their health and wellbeing. There is a growing body of evidence that outdoor learning plays an important and enduring role in raising levels of achievement in other aspects of education and life.

"Pupils are given many opportunities to enrich their education, for example by undertaking various responsibilities, taking part in educational visits and receiving visitors to the school" - Ofsted 2013

At North Crawley Church of England School we believe children should be able to experience a wide range of activities and visits. Educational trips and visits form an integral part of the school curriculum. Visits have included Forest Schools, Hazard Alley Safety Centre, Milton Keynes Museum of Rural Life, Warwick Castle and Emberton Park.
